How We Price ADU Work
Every ADU project at Benson ADU Builders is priced job by job, off a free written estimate. No hourly rate ticking in the background, no plan to join, nothing to sign up for before we’ve even looked at your lot.
Here’s why that matters: you see the full number before a single shovel hits the ground. The price we hand you in writing is the price. It doesn’t drift upward once the crew arrives, and it doesn’t get revised because the job turned out to be “more involved than expected” – a phrase homeowners hear far too often from contractors who quote low to win the work and adjust later. What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out
